Many food banks are available to the people of San Antonio. They
are listed by zip code, with times, addresses, and directions.
This list contains the Metropolitan Area Food Bank list [the G
column], those where zip codes are known. More information
will be added as it becomes available.
You will probably be asked to fill out an application and should
be prepared to produce a photo ID, proof of residence and
income for all family members, Social Security cards [if you
have them], and utility bills. Some food banks will require you to live
in their neighborhood, check this out with a phone call. Go early before supplies run out.
